All Types, I, II, and III barges shall comply with the basic structural requirements of the American Bureau of Shipping for barges of the ordinary types and the applicable supplementary requirements of this section. Due to a grounding a 12" crack on the stern void, port corner 8' draft was identified. No other damage was found. The vessel is to follow their submitted transit plan and proceed to Ohio River 755 Glenmore Distilleries.

Resolved 10 July 2023
Resolution: Permanent repairs (cropped & renewed noted section of hull and internal structure) properly effected and proved satisfactory.
