The electrical power source shall be sufficient to supply all services that are essential for safety in an emergency for all services for a period of 18 hours. PSCO observed that the emergency generator fuel tank had 20 liters of fuel below the minimum requirement. SOLAS 74 (14 cons) Ch II-2 reg. 43.2. 10C
