15JAN21: Vessel was tied off to M/V Papa Wise, which as pushing 8 barges, headed SB near MM 100 when NB traffic caused M/V SCF CONTAINER EXPRESS to collide with empty hopper barge NTC 458B. Master reported 2 ft dent on bow of barge above the water line. Master stated no damage to vessel, and successful propulison and steering checks. Vessel was tied off to M/V Papa Wise due to a tire being jammed in Port and Center Z Drives. Vessel tranisting to DD at MM 126 to have tire removed.
Action required: 17 - Rectify deficiencies prior to departure

Resolution: Vessel provided tech report stating technicians replaced port Z drive steering motors and removed the tire from the center engine wheel
