The vessel has now been fitted with a low hydraulic steering fluid level alarm for each hydraulic steering reservoir, but it is currently only arranged to alarm in the engine room, not at the operating station. Provide an alarm arrangement at the operating station.

Vessel does not currently have double hose clamps and has a multiple spring tension clamps that need replacing. 46CFR143.265(d)(2)(B)
