74 SOLAS (2014) III/34 LSA CODE 4.4.8.12 The normal equipment of every lifeboat shall consist of a food ration as described in paragraph 4.1.5.1.18 totalling not less than 10,000 KJ for each person the lifeboat is permitted to accomodate. A total of 11 Food Rations were found damaged and the seal broken.

IAW SOLAS 74 (04 Amend.) II-1/45.1.3 All electrical apparatus shall be constructed and so installed as to not cause injury when handled or touched in the normal manner. Vessel's lube oil and fuel oil purifier control panels are overheating, requiring access doors to be kept open causing a hazard to the crew.
