Vessel is not permitted to depart location until cleared by CG (or RO if RO accepts deficiency)

Vessel's installed electrical breaker box for ROV's contained live electrical cables which were cut and not contained in an junction box or removed. The exposed wires pose an electrical hazard. Vessel was also missing an electrical box cover on their fireman hydro tank pressure switch located in the HVAC space. Vessel must ensure all electrical apparatus shall so be constructed and installed as not to cause injury when handled or touched in the normal manner. 74SOLAS(14)II-1/40.1.3
