Resolution: hree o-rings were renewed on the fuel line of Generator #1 by ship's crew. After completeion of repairs the #1 DG was examined and tested by BV surveryor with satisfactory results. No apparent leaks noted.

Resolution: The cooling water jacket on cylinder #2 was dismatled. The leaking o-ring was renewed. New cooling water jaket was installed. Main engine was examined and tested satisfactory by BV surveyor. No apparent leaks noted.
