Engine workshop on Deck 0 (engine room) had multiple tools and a fire extinguisher mounted and stored in front of labeled cross flooding hatch preventing it from self-opening in the event of flooding. 74 SOLAS (20) II-I/7-2.5.1 - Action 10c - Code 02199.
