An emergency station bill must be posted on the vessel and must set forth the special emergency duties of each crew-member to include the preparing and launching of survival crafts, extinguishing of fires, and mustering of passengers. The survival craft listed in the station bill of this vessel didn't match the equipment onboard; the crew responded properly to fire and abandonship drills, but their procedures didn't coincide with instructions in station bill. Vessel master must post station bill specific to the vessel and train crewmembers accordingly.
