Issued 8 December 2020 Resolved
The quantity, time, and port of the discharge are recorded in the Oil Record Book Part I. PSCO observed entry in Oil Record Book on 04 Dec 2020 of the OWS throughput. The entry indicated that 6 m^3 was discharged at a time of 1727 GMT to 1829 GMT. According to the IOPP certificate, max throughput is 5 m^3/h. PSCO talked with Chief Engineer and Master about sounding tables and sea states and also pulled data from monitor and confirmed that OWS was functioning properly and well under the 15 ppm during the discharge. The times on the monitor also matched up exactly with time on ORM. PSCO made recommendation to Chief Engineer and Master to record soundings to the hundredths place, as indicated on the sounding table to mitigate potential rounding errors. Ownership record

The Coast Guard's documentation record for this hull -- the Abstract of Title, with its owners and liens as filed -- is not in PSIX. Ask, and Maury buys it from the National Vessel Documentation Center, files it here with its date, and every reader of this page gets it.
