Scantlings, material, and workmanship, subdivision of cargo spaces, fitting of cofferdams, and testing of tanks shall be at least equivalent to the requirements of the American Bureau of Shipping or other recognized classification society. Coast Guard Marine Inspectors identified a loss of radius and sharp insets on the gunwale between the #1 starboard wing tanks void hatches. Vessel shall enact repairs to the satisfaction of the attending Coast Guard Marine Inspector. 46 CFR 32.60-1(a)

Scantlings, material, and workmanship, subdivision of cargo spaces, fitting of cofferdams, and testing of tanks shall be at least equivalent to the requirements of the American Bureau of Shipping or other recognized classification society. Coast Guard Marine Inspectors identified numerous areas of corrosion on the elevated trunk and vapor line. Gauging of corroded areas are to be conducted in the presence of a Coast Guard Marine Inspector. Vessel shall enact repairs to the satisfaction of the Coast Guard by the barge's next Internal Structure Exam (30JUN2028). 46 CFR 32.60-1(a)
