Bow thruster was fouled with a line from a buoy. Vessel will return to Port Fourchon to embark divers for line remove and damage survey.

All electrical auxiliary services necessary for maintaining the ship in normal operational and habitable conditions will be ensured without recourse to the emergency source of electrical power. Vessel experienced a loss of power leaving only the emergency generator operational. 705- Vessel must proceed into Port Fourchon for repairs. Provide a Class/technician’s report with findings attesting to satisfactory repair/ operation of the vessel’s generators. SOLAS 74 (2020 CONS.) I/Reg. 40.1.1

Coast Guard acceptance of automated systems to replace specific personnel or to reduce overall crew requirements is predicated upon the capabilities of the system, the system's demonstrated and continuing reliability, and a planned maintenance program that ensures continued safe operation of the vessel. The vessels UPS for Main Bus B has failed, and ABS will be dropping their ACCU Notation. Vessel must increase manning to a three watch engineering system consisting of a licensed engineer and an oiler on each watch during all conditions of operations until UPS for Main Bus B is repaired and RO has reinstated ACCU notation.
