Following installation, the master, owner, operator, agent, or person in charge of the vessel must properly maintain the BWMS in accordance with all manufacturer specifications. Vessel's ballast water management system is inoperable. Vessel shall not discharge ballast water into U,S. waters.
Condition: Invalid
Action required: 40 - Rectify deficiencies prior to next US port after sailing foreign
Resolved 14 May 2026
Resolution: No.2 Neutralizer pump Flow meter( De ballasting) interchange to defective Disinfectant pump flowmeter( ballasting) wherein the BWTS is back to normal operational condition. JFE Engineering came aboard the vessel and confirmed BWTS is in working normal.
Fire Fighting › Fixed Fire Detection System › Flame Detectors

The function of fixed fire detection and fire alarm systems shall be periodically tested to the satsifaction of the administration. Vessels crew cannot provide evidence of a required means of testing the flame detectors.

Resolution: Saw tech report, and tested fire detection/alarm during exam.
