Resolved 15 June 2016
Resolution: All exercise equipment (treadmill and stationary bike) were removed and sent to Gymnasium and all electrical connection including step-down transformer were removed. The areas now found satisfactory.

The fire resistance of doors shall be equivalent to division in which they are fitted. Fire resistant gaskets on upper deck stairwell and engine control room doors does not fit properly. 74SOLAS(04 Cons)II-2/9.4.2.1

Resolved 15 June 2016
Resolution: Fire resistant gaskets were removed and re-fitted properly. Fire doors were tested and completely closing without any signs of leaks. The fire door sealing now found satisfactory.
