PSCO observed in the Garbage Record Book that the vessel discharged approximately 0.2 cubic meters of non comminuted food wastes into the Wider Caribbean Region Special Area on five (5) different instances. MGPS stub pipe for low sea chest has a crack after inlet valve flange. Vessel made temporary repair using a cement patch without approval of the Administration. 74SOLAS(14Cons) II-1 Reg 15.8.5.
