1740- Oil Discharge Monitor. The 15ppm Bilge Alarm should record date, time, and alarm status, and operating status of the 15ppm Bilge Separator. On 24 Oct 2015, OCM shows no operation of OWS, but the ORB shows the OWS was operated for approx. 5 1/2 hours and processed 16.6m3 of water from the bilge. Have technician attend vessel attesting to proper function of OCM and OWS.MARPOL I/14;MEPC 107(49)
