When the pump is delivering the quantiy of water required by paragraph 2.2.1.1, The pressure at any hydrants shall not be less than the minimum pressure required by chapter II-2. PSCO observed insufficient volume and pressure from two fire hoses. Hoses produced stream of water measuring two feet. SOLAS 74(am), II-2/10.2.2.3.1.2, FSS Code CH: 12.2.2.1.2. 10c
