Resolved 19 January 2026
Resolution: MSU Port Canaveral received a class report from NKK satisfying the requirement. Defective and corroded fittings and connections were renewed. Steam copper pipes found in poor condition were partly renewed.

0735 Personal equipment - fire fighting. Firefighters outfit shall comply with the fire safety systems code. Three of four firefighting suits were in obvious state of disrepair. The suits in this condition are a safety hazard to the crew.
