Vessel has a new cargo stripping system installed over the previous Drydock Period without P&A Manual approval for use of new stripping system. Vessel is required to have P&A Manual updated and approved by US Coast Guard MSC prior to usage of stripping system.
Code 705c: Vessel is restricted to using new cargo stripping system until P&A Manual has been reviewed and approved by USCG MSC. All cargo systems approved from P&A Manual dated 27APR2016 is authorized for cargo operations.
