Provide lanyard and clip for the waterlight.

A vessel not required to have a power-driven fire pump by 181.300 must have at least three 2 1/2 gallon buckets, with an attached lanyard satisfactory to the cognizant OCMI, placed as to be easily available during an emergency. The words "FIRE BUCKET" must be stenciled in a contrasting color on each bucket. Two bucket were storing oil products and cleaning agents and were not easily available. Two buckets had no lanyards attached, and one bucket was not stenciled. Remove all products from the fire buckets and make easily available for an emergency, attach lanyards to the two buckets missing them, and stencil "FIRE BUCKET" on the unlabeled bucket.
