Vessel lube oil arrangement and piping from a barrel has not been reviewed or approved by their administration.

No person may use any equipment listed in paragraph (c) of this section for transfer operations unless the vessel performs a hydrostatic test and inspects the equipment annually. The vessel has not performed a hydrostatic test on their bunker lines since December 26, 2013. The vessel shall not bunker in the United States until a hydrostatic test is performed on their bunker lines. 33CFR156.170
