When the flammable vapor concentration reaches a pre-set level, which shall not be higher than 10% of the lower flammable limit, a continuous audible and visual alarm signal shall be automatically affected in the pump room and cargo control room to alert the personnel to the potential hazard. IBC CODE 11.1.4

Resolution: Fixed gas detection system display was changed with spare and LEL alarms were tested and found working satisfactory. Remote survey received by LR, See documents.
