Each liferaft shall be stowed in a float free arrangement complying with the requirements of the LSA Code (4.1.6). All four of the 16 man liferafts utilized HAMMAR brand hydrostatic releases which were not installed in accordance with manufacturer instructions (74SOLAS(2014) III/13.4.2).
