PSCO OBSERVED 30 OF THE REQUIRED 32 IMMERSION SUITS HAD A FAILURE WHICH ALLOWED THE INSULATING LAYER TO SEPARATE FROM THE SUIT WHICH POSES A THREAT TO THE CREW IN THE EVENT OF EMERGENCY.
