After any survey of the ship under regulation 10 has been completed, no change shall be made in items covered by the survey without the sanction of the Administration. The Fuel Oil drain line from main propulsion engine was modified to direct flow into fuel oil overfill and drain tank, instead of the oily bilge tank due to restriction in piping. Conduction was not reported to the RO as required by SMS.

Oil filtering equipment referred to in paragraph 2 of this regulation shall comply with paragraph 6 of this regulation. The design of such equipment and approvals, the administration shall have regard to the specification recommendation by the organization. Seals on the MEPC 107(49) Oil Content Meter(OCM) were not intact and PSCO could not confirm accuracy of the OCM.
