The machinery, boilers and other pressure vessel, associated piping systems and fittings shall be of a design and construction adequate for the service for which they are intended and shall be so installed and protected as to reduce to a minimum any danger to persons on board, due regard bring paid to moving parts, hot surfaces and other hazards. PSCO observed a fuel oil leak from the high pressure fuel line at the number 3 generator, specifically at the connection to the number 3 fuel pump. SOLAS (2020)/II-1/26.1 15(A)(C)
