The construction and arrangement of a vessel must allow the safe operation of the vessel in accordance with the terms of its COI giving consideration to the provisions for a seaworthy hull. Vessel sustained stbd side damage during a collision which resulted in a deep inset and a crack and bend in a transverse side framing girder. Make in kind repairs.
