Additionally, number 02 high pressure fuel sensor not connected.

The number of openings in watertight subdivisions is to be kept to a minimum compatible with the design and proper working of the ship. Where penetrations of the watertight bulkheads and internal decks are necessary for access, piping, ventalation, electrical cables, etc., arrangements are to be made to maintain the watertight integrity. PSCO observed roughly 01 inch holes on both port and starboard side watertight bulkheads.
