PSCO observed on number 01 and 02 main generators a total of 14 high pressure fuel discharge lines disconnected as well as significant fuel oil accumulation in engine wells. Additionally, number 02 high pressure fuel sensor not connected.

Where penetrations of the watertight bulkheads and internal decks are necessary for access, piping, ventalation, electrical cables, etc., arrangements are to be made to maintain the watertight integrity. PSCO observed roughly 01 inch holes on both port and starboard side watertight bulkheads. 74 SOLAS (24) II-1/13-1.1
