External high pressure fuel delivery ilnes between the high pressure fuel pumps and fuel injectors shall be protected with a jacketed piping capable of containing fuel from a high pressure line failure. PSCO identified 18 of 20 fuel lines loose and not protecting the high pressure delivery fuel lines. 74 SOLAS II-2/4.2.2.5.2
