Vessel discovered a weeping leak in the No. 1 cargo port tank near ladder attachment to the hull. Vessel is authorized a onetime discharge of cargo at BOSTCO and then make repairs to the cargo tank at Southwest Channelview to the satisfaction of the OCMI.
