PSCO OBSERVED TWO PORTABLE DEEP-FAT FRYERS ON COUNTER TOP IN GALLEY WITHOUT FIRE PROTECTION AND WITHOUT ARRANGEMENTS FOR AUTOMATIC POWER SHUT OFF.
