Vessel's P/V settings do not correlate with approved VCS letter, C1-2102098, dated July 08, 2021, or PRIS. Vessel is restricted from carrying cargo requiring a VCS as per the CAA, C1-1403476, dated October 03, 2014. Deficiency rectified upon receipt of MSC's approval letter of new P/V settings.
