9800-Other(clearly hazardous)-Means shall be provided to control leaks of flammable liquids. PSCO observed an excessive fuel oil leak from both high pressure fuel pumps on the ships main engine. Chief Engineer provided documentation attesting to the replacement of o-ring on pump; however, the leak has not been secured prior to completion of Port State Control exam. SOLAS (14) II-2/4.1.1 60a
