SUBJECT VESSEL, OF KEL LAID DATE 10APR2014 AND BALLAST WATER CAPACITY 19,154m3, IS PAST ITS COMPLIANCE DATE PER IMPLEMENTATION SCHEDULE IN 33CFR151.2035(b). CURRENTLY, VESSEL'S INSTALLED BWTS IS INOPERABLE.
