VSL must provide means to control leaks of flammable liquids. PSCO observed F/O leaks on #5 cylinder and #2 generator. As well as L/O leak from #2 generator. There was also extreme pooling of F/O around the #1 F/O circulating pump on purifier flat indicative of a possible leak. As well as excessive L/O pooling on FWD L/O purifier. SOLAS 74 (2004) II-2/4.1.1
