Supervisory personnel must receive at least 60 minutes of training. Vessel's O/O is establishing an Employee Assistance Program as part of the company's chemical testing program, but has not completed the program. Provide satisfactory evidence of an Employee Assistance Program including the 60 minute training for supervisors/captains. 46 CFR 16.401
