The showers and eyewash shall be operable in all ambient conditions. PSCO observed shower and eyewash water supply secured during cargo operations. 74 SOLAS (14) VII/10.1, IBC Code 14.3.4

Resolved 27 July 2025
Resolution: On 27th July 2025, the vessel received a new measuring head for the Oil Mist Detector(Schaller VN215/93). The faulty measuring head showing E16 (Electrical Defective) error was removed, and the new unit was installed accordingly.
