Electrical installations shall be such that the safety of passengers crew and ship from electrical hazards will be ensured. Engine control room switchboard had a lockout device on the main engine govenor actuator drive unit breaker locking it in the on position and prohibiting it from tripping. The condition of the ship and its equipment shall be maintined to conform with the provisions of the present regulations to ensure that the ship in all respects will remain fit to proceed to sea without danger to the ship or persons on board. During emergency generator test, the emergency generator shut down after running for 1 minute due to water in the fuel system. SOLAS 74 (2014) I/11(a)
