No more than three years may elapse between any two examinations. Vessel's dry dock exam and internal structural exam were due on 29 JAN 2021.

Vessel sustained damage to the STBD aft rake resultant of an allision with another vessel. Vessel is authorized one loading and discharge afterwhich repairs must be conducted. A repair proposal is required, as well as hourly rounds to detect potential flooding.
