All lifesaving appliances prescribed in this part shall be of an international or vivid reddish orange, or at a comparably highly visible colour on all parts where this will assist detection at sea. 06 life buoys were found faded, of orange color originally, rendering them undetectable for the purpose of rescue assistance.
