0725 - Fixed Powder Extinguisher - Maintenance, testing, and inspections of fire fighting systems shall be carried out based on the guidelines developed by the Organization. MSC.1/Circ. 1432 Section 8.2 stipulates five items that must be completed during two year testing and inspections of fixed dry chemical powder systems. There is no documentary evidence that 8.2.5, full working pressure test of powder containment vessel has been carried out w/in the past 2 years. 74SOLAS14II-2/14.2.2.1 50a/c
