Marine Inspector found that the one life-raft was located on top of the house. Which is located right above a cargo tank. Effect correction prior to receiving credit dry dock.

Resolution: Upon review of vessel's hazardous location plan as well as alternate location options, it was found that the liferaft is in the most suitable place atop the foward most deckhouse. The arrangement is IAW the MSC equivalency letter CORR: P-2023-3663.
