In every case, the Administration shall undertake to ensure the necessary arrangements to satisfy the obligations of this regulation. Vessel's last survey of the ship's bottom was carried out on 27FEB2020, rendering the SOLAS Cargo Ship Safety Construction Certificate invalid. The Administration directed the extension of the validity of the certificate on 19FEB23 and 22MAR23, in which the vessel did not directly proceed to the named port to complete the survey. 74SOLAS(20) I/6 RES A.1140(31)
