All life saving appliances and arrangements shall comply with the applicable requirements of the Code. If a weak link is used in the float-free arrangement, it shall be of sufficient strength to permit the inflation of the life raft. 03 life rafts had painter line hooked up improperly and would not inflate raft due to not being hooked to weak link.
