1138- Electrical installations should be such as to minimize the risk of fire and explosion from flammable products. PSCOs discovered 10 explosion proof lights to contain standing water inside the globes. Additionally, another 2 lights contained cracks in the globes. Lights containing water are located in the following locations: superstructure bulk head port side, & starboard 2nd inboard , port side manifold above liquid line #3, stbd tank dome #2, compressor room port side center #2 & #3, forward comp. room bulkhead port , center & starboard. Forward bulkhead 1st starboard light. Ans cracked lights at superstructure starboard, and port side tank dome #2.
