Captain's chair is mounted to a platform that is not secured to the deck nor is there any securing devices to prevent the chair from moving while the vessel is underway. Secure the chair and platform so they do not move while the vessel is underway.

After completion request updated stability letter P019588 from Marine Safety Center to have the forward and aft measurement verbiage added.
