Resolution: Received video and picture evidence of operational starboard generator.
The vessel is built, equipped, and maintained to conform to the rules of a recognized classification society appropriate for the intended service and routes, but not classed.
Watertight doors have damaged gaskets and multiple dogs are inoperable. The forward STBD deck hatch is not watertight. The base of the port side superstructure bulkheads are wasted through.
Conduct adequate repairs insuring structural watertight integrity to the satisfaction of the attending Marine Inspector.

The breaker in the engine room had open slots and was unable to be closed. The switchboard in the engine room had water leaking directly onto it. The electrical boxes on the stern were broken and not watertight. The circuit breakers were not properly labeled. The Repair to the satisfaction of the attending Marine Inspector.
