Fire fighting systems and appliances shall be kept in good working order and readily available for immediate use. PSCO observed CO2 valves with excessive salt water corrosion. (74SOLAS (20) II-2/2.1.2)

Resolution: Vessels' crew cleaned corrosion off with WD40 and wire brushes prior to the inspection teams departure.

The condition of the ship and its equipment shall be maintained to conform with the provisions of the present regularions to ensure that the ship in all respects will remain fit to proceed to sea without danger to the ship or persons on board. At approx. 0715 to 0720 on 22NOV20 vessel experienced a loss of propulsion just prior to docking. Provide a class report detailing the cause of the issue and the corrective action taken to address the issue.
