The condition of the ship and its equipment shall be maintained to conform with the provisions of the present regulations. PSCO discovered a zip-tie over the sensor above the suction line valve for Power Pack #4, which provided faulty position indication in contrast with its design. Sensor was replaced and found in satisfactory operation.

Due to failure of the main engine unit #1 full control module, bridge control of the main engine was lost and was given to local control from the engine control room.
