2. The internal volume does not exceed 5 cubic feet.
3. The construction complies with the requirements of a recognized code, or tests as prescribed by the Commandant are carried out to prove that the design and fabrication are suitable for the intended application.
4. Such unfired pressure vessels shall otherwise comply with the requirements for plan approval and marking as specified in this subchapter.
